According to Law No. 121 of 18.07.2014 on energy efficiency, national energy consumption should decrease by 19% by 2020. In this context, our team provides consultancy, management, technical assistance, design and development of all the necessary documentation to access EU funds.
In the framework of the Regional Operational Programme 2014 – 2020, Priority Axis 3: Support for increasing energy efficiency in public buildings, the actions supported by the investment priorities for measures to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings refer to: improving the thermal insulation of the building envelope (exterior walls, windows, carpentry, floor and upper floor above the basement), roofs and shells, including measures to strengthen the building; rehabilitation and upgrading of facilities for the preparation and transport of heat, hot water, ventilation and air conditioning systems, including related equipment purchase and installation plus connection to central heating systems, as appropriate; use of renewable energy to provide heating and hot water), energy management systems aimed at improving energy efficiency and energy consumption monitoring (e.g. the purchase and installation of intelligent systems for promoting and maintaining electricity); replacement of fluorescent and incandescent lighting luminaires with high energy efficiency devices; any other activities that lead to the achieving these project objectives (replacing elevators and electrical circuits – stairs, basement, dismantling works mounted installations and equipment, repairs to the facades etc.).
